Photo Contest

Boomer was rescued from a neglectful situation. He is one of 13 puppies born to our rescued female (we didn't know she was pregnant when we rescued her in Nov 2009). He was confiscated / surrendered by his adoptive owners when they could not care for him in the manner in which they agreed to. He was 20 lbs underweight and had had a severe case of Happy Tail. He is wearing the glasses because he is about to have one of two laser treatments on the open wound on his tail.
